任职资格：
1、微电子或电子类相关专业，本科及以上学历，博士及留学归来者优先；
2、三年以上项目管理经验，两年以上研发团队管理经验。有IPD流程经验者优先；
3、熟悉IC数字前段设计及相关设计工具并熟悉后端设计流程，有IC反向分析经验者优先；
4、熟悉32位单片机和ARM架构者优先；
5、精通英语读写并有流利的英语口语沟通能力；
6、具有丰富的芯片正反向设计外部技术资源，在必要时组织对外合作；

工作职责：
1、负责研发部门（含芯片、单片机、软件、专利等）的整体团队组织和流程建设；
2、搭建多地研发部门之间的高效合作和管理方式；
3、负责研发部门跟其它部门之间的接口流程定义和沟通管理；
4、负责研发团队技术统筹和建设，并参与重要项目的管理工作；
5、负责研发部门项目统一管理和优先级排序
6、直接负责高端研发人才库建设和具体岗位招聘；
7、负责对外技术合作，协助对外商务活动和谈判；
